From the moment you approach The Bach Pad, the house makes a bold statement. The exterior is dominated by reflective glass, giving it a sleek, modern feel. But this isn’t just about aesthetics; the reflective glass serves a practical purpose as well. It creates a barrier between the outside world and the private, intimate spaces within, offering a sense of seclusion despite the home’s suburban location. The glass even has a slight blue tint, subtly nodding to the nearby ocean and sky, which adds a coastal vibe to the overall design.
Step inside, and the first thing you’ll notice is the overwhelming use of black. It’s a daring choice, but one that pays off beautifully.
